Using SafeRase

By using SafeRase, run by Yudhish Condoor, an individual (sole proprietor) based in India, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 to create an account.
• Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can download your data or delete your account at any time from your dashboard, or by emailing privacy@saferase.co.

You review the result

SafeRase suggests what to hide, and detection can miss details. Check every redacted file before you share it. You are responsible for what you share.

Your content

You keep all rights to your documents. We use them only to provide the redaction you ask for. Only upload documents you are allowed to process.

Our service

The SafeRase software, name and logo belong to us. These terms let you use the service; they don’t give you any other rights to it.

AI tools and other companies

SafeRase is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic or Google. ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are their owners' trademarks. When you send text to an AI tool, that company's terms apply to what you send, and you must follow them.

Fair use

• Don’t use SafeRase for anything unlawful.
• Don’t try to disrupt the service, get around its limits, or upload harmful files.
• Guest use and each plan have limits, which may change as the service grows.

Paid plans

A paid plan is a one-time payment through Razorpay for 30 days of access. It does not renew automatically. See pricing and refunds and cancellations.

Open-source software

SafeRase includes third-party software under its own licences. See the list and licence texts.

No guarantees

SafeRase is provided as it is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we can’t promise it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or catch every sensitive detail.

Limits of our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 30 days before the claim. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Ending access

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. You can stop using SafeRase at any time.

Changes

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top.
