Terms of Service
Last updated August 2026. These terms govern your use of the SafeRase redaction platform.
Acceptance
- By creating an account or using SafeRase, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
- SafeRase provides automated document redaction: you upload files, we detect sensitive fields, and you download redacted outputs. Features and limits depend on your plan.
- We improve detection over time but do not guarantee that every sensitive item will be found or removed. You remain responsible for reviewing outputs before sharing them.
Your content
- You must have the right to upload and process the files you submit. Do not upload malware or material that violates applicable law.
- You grant us a limited license to process your files solely to provide the redaction service. We do not sell your document content.
Accounts and billing
- Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Paid plans are billed through Razorpay according to the prices shown at checkout. Refunds are handled case by case — contact support@saferase.co.
Availability and changes
- We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable. We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Disclaimer
- SafeRase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not certified under SOC 2, HIPAA, or ISO 27001. Do not rely on the service as your sole compliance control for regulated data without independent review.
- To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
