How paid plans work
Each paid plan is a one-time payment for 30 days of access. Nothing renews automatically, so you are never charged again unless you buy again. Prices are on the pricing page.
Delivery
SafeRase is an online service. Your plan is active on your account as soon as the payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.
Cancelling
You can cancel from your account at any time. Cancelling ends paid access straight away. You can keep using SafeRase as a guest.
Refunds
- If you were charged twice or by mistake, email support@saferase.co within 7 days and we will refund the extra charge.
- For any other refund request, email us with your order reference and we will look at it.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5 to 7 business days to show them.
